Lindsay Forsgren is a partner at the Krekelberg Law Firm, which she joined in December of 2017. Lindsay primarily practices in family law, representing private clients in dissolutions, custody, paternity, child support, and post-decree issues, such as enforcement and modifications. In addition to family law, Lindsay also handles guardianship/conservatorship matters, social security disability appeals, and civil litigation matters. While she enjoys adversarial work, she has a passion for mediating matters to help parties work toward creative resolutions.

Rachel Hanson grew up in a small town in the heart of lakes country, Minnesota. After graduating high school, she attended NDSU (Go Bison!), where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. From there she spent some time working in the psychology field before going on to law school. Rachel graduated Cum Laude from UND School of Law in 2012. After clerking for the Honorable Judge Steven Cahill in the Minnesota Seventh Judicial District, Rachel went into private practice where she primarily focused on family law cases. In 2022, Rachel started her own law firm, Hanson & Moen Law, where she has continued to focus her practice on all family law matters. She is licensed to practice in both MN and ND.

Nicole J. Tabbut is partner at Pemberton Law’s Detroit Lakes office. Nicole is a member of the Family Law group and primarily practices in the areas of divorce, complex property division, child custody, parenting time, spousal maintenance, child support, adoption, and family law appellate matters. In addition to litigation, Nicole maintains a neutral practice where she is a Rule 114 qualified mediator, parenting time expeditor, parent consultant, custody evaluator, and special master. Nicole also practices in the areas of guardianship and conservatorship.
